Using found images of Miley Cyrus from different periods in her career, collages were assembled to illustrate the concept that despite her numerous reinventions and varied portrayals in the media, she has always maintained a strong sense of self. Photographs of Cyrus, taken by Brad Elterman for Rolling Stone, were edited to juxtapose monochromatic portraits of the singer. Pull-quotes were fragmented, reassembled, and arranged around the body text, deliberately disrupting the justified layout.
